    1. Instant Gluten Free Rice Pudding
      Stir 200ml of almond milk into 50g of rice flake porridge. With an 800w microwave, cook for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1-2 minutes until the desired thickness is achieved. Alternatively, simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Grate in nutmeg for added flavour. Serve immediately.


    1. Speedy and tasty Gluten Free Paella
      Heat oil in a pan and soften sliced leeks. Add dry cured gluten free chorizo and fry until the oils are released. Stir in a little turmeric along with peas, rice flakes and stock of your choice. Bring to the boil. Stir in a defrosted seafood mix and heat through for a final 1-2 minutes.     1. Gluten Free Christmas Porridge Twist
      Add 200ml semi-skimmed milk to 50g rice flakes and simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, stir in a zest of a clementine and top with cranberry sauce. Perfect for a Christmas morning treat. Alternatively stir in a spoonful of mincemeat for a sweet n spicy festive delight.

      For an indulgent rich dessert, add 200ml semi-skimmed milk to 50g rice flakes, with a teaspoon of cocoa powder. Simmer on a hob for 3-5 minutes. Add a dollop of cherry jam and dark chocolate chips. It’s a sweet, warming and delicious pudding.

      Americans know how to do puddings. We doff our cap to the USA by cooking rice flakes with milk and stirring in dried cranberries and adding a large dollop of smooth peanut butter. Add a scattering of chocolate chips for a sweet finish.

    1. Gluten Free Indian Rice Pudding
      Heat 2 pints of milk in a pan and add 4 lightly crushed whole green cardamom pods. Slowly bring to the boil and simmer rapidly, stirring from time to time until the milk has reduced slightly. Add 200g of rice flakes and cook through. Remove the cardamom pods and add 10 roughly chopped pistachios and 2 tbsp. of sugar. Stir well and leave to cool. Cover the rice pudding with cling film and cool in the fridge for at least four hours. Serve.


    1. Coconut Rice Pudding Gluten Free Brulee
      Depending on how many you’re cooking for, cook the rice flakes through with coconut milk in a saucepan. Add a little sugar and gluten free vanilla extract. Portion into ramekins and sprinkle liberally with coarse sugar. Heat under the grill or use a blow torch until the sugar is melted into a caramel layer. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. For an exotic twist, add small cubes of mango to the base of the ramekins.

      Start by frying onions until soft. Add mushrooms and thyme and cook for a further three minutes. Depending on how many you’re cooking for, add the rice flakes and vegetable stock, stirring often until the liquid is absorbed. Our rice flakes absorbs the liquid perfectly and cooks in minutes to create the perfect creamy consistency. Season to taste and serve immediately for a super quick dinner.
