Christmas is just around the corner, and what better way to get into the festive spirit than with a baking competition?
Following on from the success of the GFMBO this summer, we present to you – the DA Ice Off competition!
We know that there are plenty of gluten free baking enthusiasts out there, and that many of you are incredibly talented when it comes to icing. We want to see your best free from Christmas cakes – iced! The more creative the icing, the more likely we are to love it!
Here are a few beautiful bakes that have been coming in using our gluten and dairy free Christmas Fruit Cake mix to give you some inspiration – from top-left anti-clockwise, Kate Hardie at Happy Igloo, Kate and her daughter at Gluten Free Alchemist, Titchy Ton and Glutarama.
The DA Ice Off competition will run from Wednesday 16th December until Tuesday 29th December.
If you’re not using our gluten and dairy free Christmas Fruit Cake mix, you are more than welcome to make your own! However, each entry must be at least one of the following:
- Gluten free
- Dairy free
- Egg free
The 3 winners will be hand-picked by the Delicious Alchemy team and announced on Wednesday 30th December. Each winner will receive a set of ALL our baking mixes!
To enter, simply take a photo of your iced gluten free Christmas cake by either emailing us at email@example.com, posting on our Facebook wall or tagging us on Twitter or Instagram – you can also use the hashtag: #DAIceOff.
