It was out of the frying pan and into the fryer for the remaining GBBO bakers last week, as they were faced with the never-before-seen challenges of stuffed Yorkshire puddings, lacy pancakes and churros in Batter Week.
Just as impressive were our fabulous batch of GFMBO bakers, with this week yielding the highest level of entries of any in the competition! Meet our latest crop of Weekly Winners:
Morag Knight – These impressive Technical Challenge-inspired gluten free lacy pancakes pay homage to our innuendo idols, Mel and Sue. Fantastic work!
Rebecca Warner-Perry – This gorgeously decorated vanilla sponge (made with our mix!) makes for such an eye-catching centrepiece, with some truly impressive berry architecture.

Tonight on GBBO, it’s Pastry Week, and Mary and Paul will be searching for the upper crust of the remaining six bakers. They’ll be grappling with Danish pastries, classic English tarts and a delicate Showstopper Challenge – but who will be able to stand the heat?
