Are you on Instagram? The social media platform has taken off in a big way. Some 600 million people worldwide are members of the mobile photo sharing app, posting cute, funny and inspiring pics and videos daily.
Anything but boring, Instagram can be a major source of information and discovering new people to follow is part of the fun. It’s a haven for foodies, with photos of what everyone is eating circulating the globe every second. Who doesn’t love to share what they’ve dined on, where they’ve had a great meal, which recipe they’ve used, and of course, how show-stopping their dish looked?
So, when it comes to gluten free, who should you be following? Us, of course, @deliciousalchemy, but also the many fabulous gluten free bloggers and influencers that take a lot of care to curate Instagram feeds that are made to make your mouth water. Here’s a few of our favourites:
A qualified sports nutrition advisor, who blogs about health, fitness and travel (great combo), there’s lots of scrummy smoothies and delicious treats on Beth’s feed to inspire you. She has also devised some mouth watering recipes for us (see here) so we know she ticks all the GF boxes.
Food, glorious food! If you want daily inspiration of delicious dishes, then head to Ceri’s feed. A chef, food writer and cookery teacher, Ceri shares her Natural Kitchen Adventures treats with her audience – and as a certified natural chef, you can expect some seriously delicious ideas to help you in your kitchen.
Healthy eating that’s gluten, sugar, dairy and egg free has been life-changing for Bournemouth-based James, and he loves to share his tips. With so many recipes in his portfolio, he now has his own Ebook!
A keen reviewer of products and places to eat out, Sarah’s feed is filled with ideas and recipes from her North Devon home. A keen fitness enthusiast who loves the gym, Sarah is a coeliac who shares inspiring recipes like this one for Carrot & Feta Burgers. One to watch!
Blogger and Youtuber, Becky, is passionate about gluten free. Don’t just take our word for it, check out her feed for food ideas, recipes and where to eat in the UK. Her best destinations for gluten free eating in London is a must read if you’re heading to the capital!
Plenty of food posts and the occasional outfit of the day from Alice who keeps us coming back for more. A coeliac, who is also milk intolerant, follow Alice’s honest reviews of gluten free products and for her home-made gluten and milk free recipes including doughnuts and waffles!
Head over to Carly’s Insta page where she shares colourful snippets of her family life. Carly is a truly inspiring coeliac foodie and her feed is full of mouth-watering dishes, all stylishly shot.
