"First of all, a huge round of applause is in order for everyone who has entered the ‘Gluten Free Magic Bake Off’ so far. We knew you were a talented bunch, but we have been blown away by the quality, originality and creativity that has been put into each and every entry.
From mojito and G&T cakes to Yorkshire puddings and World Cup themed buffets, we’ve received it all! We have loved all the entries and every single one has made us hungry!
For the next 5 weeks, we will be picking a weekly winner who has wowed us the most. It could be for a range of reasons, from demonstrating technical ability to imaginativeness or just the fact it looks the tastiest!
This week, our winner is… Matthew James Ware! Matthew’s gluten free chocolate éclairs with a freshly whipped Chantilly cream filling and chocolate ganache topping stunned the judges for skill and ability. Éclairs are a gluten free rarity too which made this entry even more impressive.
