"We don’t think anyone should miss out on cake – especially at Christmas! So we are delighted to announce the newest addition to the Delicious Alchemy product family… The limited edition gluten and dairy free Christmas Fruit Cake Mix! Yep, you read that right. Here at Delicious Alchemy HQ, we’ve been experimenting in the kitchen to create a gluten and dairy free Christmas fruit cake mix. Packed full of dried fruits and Christmas spices, this mix makes a deliciously moist fruit cake which tastes just as good as traditional alternatives. And, as it’s the season to be jolly, it can be made with or without brandy!
But don’t worry – you don’t have to be a pro in the kitchen to whip up this tasty classic! Here’s the method: Simply add butter or a dairy free alternative, two eggs and orange juice or brandy to the mix, stir and then bake for one hour 45 minutes. The result is a tasty free from Christmas cake that can be topped with an icing of your choice.
