Having trouble with your discount code?

"If you are lucky enough to have been given a discount code for our online shop, but are struggling to use it, then we're here to help. Our handy how-to guide is here to help with any problems you may be having.

Where do I enter the discount code?

Once you have decided on your order, please go through to the checkout. After you have entered your payment details, you will scroll down to the Order Summary, where you will be able to enter your discount code:

Then, simply click ""Click here to enter it"", type in your discount code and hit apply - and that's it!

If it doesn't seem to be working, please make sure your discount code is still in date, and that it's spelt correctly.
