All you need is a splash of water and some butter or a dairy free alternative, and hey presto – you’ve got a batch of delicious, golden syrup-y biccies, perfect for dunking in a cuppa. 1. Cheery Lil Thing – Gluten Free Pink Lemonade Cheesecake We have been fans of Cheery Lil Thing for rather a long time as she is no stranger to getting creative in the kitchen. We fell in love this simple, no-bake cheesecake using the cookie mix as the base. Click here to have a go.

1. Bonnie in Wonderland – Gluten Free S’more Brownies Don’t be fooled by the title – these s’more brownies are essentially a brownie cheesecake. Yep, you heard us right. Cookie base, marshmallows in the middle with a brownie topping. We’re drooling just thinking about it. Have a go here.

Glutarama – Gluten Free Truffles/Cake Pops This versatile recipe can either be made into some delicious cookie dough truffles, or if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, you could use the mixture to make cake pops. Cakes By Noah – Gluten Free Caramel Oaty Slice We were first introduced to Cakes By Noah when the baker behind the blog entered our GFMBO 2015 competition and won Week 3 with the delicious Raspberry and Prosecco Layer Cake.
