Flapjack recipe

As the perfect snack for when on the go, or even as just a sweet treat, our Flapjack recipe is one that is sure to be loved by all.

Ingredients

  • 225g of Delicious Alchemy Muesli
  • 125g of butter/dairy free alternative, plus extra for the tin.
  • 100g of light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of golden syrup

Baking Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/Gas Mark 6
  2. Place the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a large saucepan and melt until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Combine together your wet ingredients with your muesli in a blender, or by hand.
  4. Lightly butter and line a 7-inch square baking tin with greaseproof paper and add the mixture.
  5. Press into the corners with the back of a spoon so the mixture is flat.
  6. Bake for around 15 mins until golden brown
