Our wonderful milkshake is also dairy free– can you believe it? We’ve also included a dairy version using ice cream. Perfect for cooling down on a summers day!

2 large eggs
100g butter or dairy free alternative
75g Delicious Alchemy Gluten Free Rice Flakes
720ml of water
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey/sugar
Pinch of salt

100g butter or dairy free alternative
140g of vanilla ice cream
360ml – 480ml milk
Bake the brownie according to the pack instructions. Once baked, leave to cool and then cut into 9 equal pieces.
Place the rice flakes in a bowl with all the water and vanilla extract. Either leave to soak overnight or place the bowl in the microwave for 2-3 minute. Stir and strain the contents of your bowl through the sieve into another bowl. Pour this rice milk liquid into the ice cube tray and place the tray in a freezer.
Add all of the brownie pieces, half a tray of ice cubes, salt and honey/sugar into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until the milkshake is well blended. If the milkshake is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp of water till your desired consistency is reached.
Bake the brownie according to the pack instructions. Once baked, leave to cool and then cut into 9 equal pieces.
Add the brownie pieces, ice cream and 360ml milk into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes and gradually add the remaining milk until the milkshake is well blended and the desired consistency is achieved.
