Overnight Oats recipe

As one of the beloved breakfast options; our Overnight Oats recipe is packed with the nutrients you need to ensure you’re powered up for the day.

Ingredients

  • 40g of oats
  • 150g of low-fat natural yoghurt or Greek yogurt
  • 6 strawberries
  • 20 blueberries

Baking Instructions

  1. Thinly slice each strawberry (roughly 4-5 slices per strawberry)
  2. In a glass Kilner jar layer half the oats, halve the yogurt, the blueberries & slice strawberries
  3. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients
  4. Close the jar and store in the fridge overnight to allow the yogurt and fruit juices to absorb into the oats
