You will need:
90g butter / dairy free spread
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°Cfor fan assisted ovens / Gas Mark 4.
Mix product with softened butter / dairy free spread.
Use your hands to form the ingredients into a dough.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Roll the dough into 10 balls and place them on a baking tray. Flatten each ball into a circle. (Approx. 1cm thick)
Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes.
Leave the cookies on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
