Delivery

We want to get everything to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our UK mainland shipping costs £3.95, and your delicious goods should arrive within 5-7 working days. 

If your basket amount is over £40.00, your delivery costs will be FREE of charge!

Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates only. This is subject to fulfilment from our postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

If you’re not available, a card will be left to notify you that the delivery was missed and offer you an opportunity to reschedule. If there is no response, the order will be redelivered to us eventually. We recommend sending to an address such as your work so to guarantee you will be available to pick it up.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order and love our Delicious Alchemy products as much as we do. However, should you have a problem with your order or wish to return your purchase, please email hello@deliciousalchemy.com within 7 days after delivery and we will help you get that arranged. To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to contact us telling us you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. You then have 7 days to return the goods to us. Please send the products by recorded delivery to: Delicious Alchemy Wellbeing, 4 Atlas Way, Sheffield, S4 7QQ. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Delicious Alchemy Wellbeing Ltd and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. If the goods are damaged in transit Delicious Alchemy Wellbeing Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund, and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you or no later than 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You will not be able to return any items which have become unsealed/opened.
