Gluten & Dairy Free Baked Oats with Raspberries

Ingredients

You will need:

45g Delicious Alchemy Porridge Oats

2 Tablespoon honey

1 Medium egg

100g Natural yogurt or dairy free alternative

Few drops of vanilla essence

100g Raspberries

Extra raspberries or other fruits for serving

 

Method

Preheat your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Transfer the mixture to a small ovenproof dish (we used an individual casserole dish) and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until browned. Serve with extra whole raspberries on top
