Gluten & Dairy Free Banana & Chocolate Loaf

The basics

You will need:

1 x 400g Delicious Alchemy vanilla sponge mix

3 large eggs

20ml milk, or dairy free alternative

180g unsalted butter, or dairy free spread alternative

2 medium ripe bananas mashed

150g dark chocolate roughly chopped



Preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan. Grease a 2lb loaf tin.  Line the bottom of with parchment. Place all cake ingredients into a bowl and mix well with a hand held mixer. Pour into the prepared tin and smooth the top of the cake. Bake for around 50 minutes until risen and golden and a skewer inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!
