Gluten Free Granola Pots

The basics

Serves/Makes: 2 pots


You will need:
For the pots

200g natural yoghurt
2 handfuls of Delicious Alchemy Wonderfully Nutty Granola
1 quantity of Fruit Coulis (see below) or a few spoonfuls of shop-bought coulis

For the Fruit Coulis

100g fruit of your choice (we used mixed berries and passionfruit in our photos) thawed if frozen
1 tbsp caster sugar
squeeze of lemon juice


For the Fruit Coulis:

Step 1

Put the berries and caster sugar in a small saucepan with a generous squeeze of lemon. Cook over a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes until thickened to a drizzle-able consistency.

Step 2

Pass the coulis through a fine sieve into a bowl, and allow to cool.

For the Granola Pots:

Step 1

Spoon the natural yoghurt into 2 bowls or wide glasses. Layer a little of the cooled fruit coulis over the yoghurt and top with a generous sprinkling of Wonderfully Nutty Granola.
